A Father-Son Team Striving To Transform The BD Landscape

Peter and Harris share a passion for business and creating value through entrepreneurship. Peter brings over 30 years of experience, having founded Veros Property as well as Supertee kicking tees. Harris launched his first company, a digital marketing agency Wisp, four years ago and has since co-founded LeadsBD alongside Peter. Together, they’re on a mission to disrupt the training and advisory market with a fresh, modern approach to BD training and management.

Peter Williams

Managing Director

As co-founder and Director of Leads BD Limited, Peter leverages 35 years of commercial experience to help clients convert ideas into reality. A strategic thinker with an eye for the big picture, Peter has an extensive background in business management—including co-founding the multi-discipline firm Veros Property Services—and is known for his unique ability to provide clarity where others see chaos. His entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond consulting; he is the inventor of the globally successful Supertee kicking range endorsed by professional athletes. When he isn't mentoring future business leaders, Peter can be found following the black line in the pool or supporting local rugby.

Harris Williams

Co Founder

Harris is the co-founder and General Manager of Leads BD Limited, bringing a dynamic mix of entrepreneurial drive and data-focused strategy to the team. With a background that includes founding a digital marketing agency and managing significant budgets for regional organisations, Harris specialises in integrating healthy business development structures and utilising custom CRM tools to extract clear, actionable insights. He is passionate about eliminating the "grey" from performance measurement to help aspirational leaders and teams grow. Outside of work, Harris is deeply committed to his community, having stood as a candidate in the 2024 local elections and played as a Baywide Champion premier rugby player.
