Peter Williams

Peter brings over 35 years of elite entrepreneurial and business development  experience to the table, having successfully founded multiple businesses including Veros property and Supertee kicking tees.

 

In 2025 Peter established Leads BD as a business development programme with intuitive software and supportive facilitation services.  The service upskills individuals and teams in BD to improve conversion rates from lead to client. A quarterly report is produced to measure participant performance being a grey area to calculate in the past. The programme suits aspirational leaders and employees seeking to be more effective in business development.

Harris Williams

Harris is the co-founder of Leads BD bring a broad skillset to the table.

Harris’s career showcases strong business development acumen. He’s successfully founded two businesses and held key roles at New Zealand’s largest media companies, Sky Television and Spark New Zealand. Harris has also ran for local government and holds a contract role with Mount Mainstreet as their Business Improvement Manager.

His core skills include business development, marketing and sales and relationship and stakeholder management .

Adele Hadfield

Adele, a former Principal Strategic Projects professional at Veros Property, was an expert at transforming challenging projects into tangible successes for both local government and private sectors. With over two decades in local government across England, Australia, and New Zealand, she consistently led teams through politically and structurally complex challenges

Adele’s unique ability to simplify complexity was key to unlocking project delivery, particularly within the tenders and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes in both public and private sectors. She possessed a deep understanding of what it took to successfully develop business cases and craft robust strategy development and delivery plans that resonated with key decision-makers.
